Our program is designed for the right nutrients delivered in the right times of year to optimize your lawn growth. It includes applications of fertilizer, crab grass control, grub preventative, lime stone, a post-emergent weed killer. Lawn aeration is also recommended to include with or without overseeding in the Fall, but can be added onto the program by request.
Yes of course, but there are some drawbacks. The best way to prevent weeds is to start the program in early spring. Starting later in the program, will allow the existing turf to strengthen it’s roots for the fall growing season. Some weeds can be sprayed and killed, but others such as Crabgrass will take an additional season.
Yes we do! The program is strictly a feeding for the lawn, there is no weed or pest control. The weed and pest control is available with our regular synthetic program.
FAQs About Irrigation
Each irrigation system is designed in zones based on the pressure (PSI) and velocity (GPM) that is available on the property. The type of sprinkler head used will also affect the design.
We can install a new system at any point in the year, as long as the ground is not frozen and air temperature is above freezing. Ideally, it is best to install the irrigation system prior to installing a new lawn.
Yes. Many customers find these useful for the ability to control the system from a remote location. They are also popular for their water saving abilities, system alerts, and water adjustments based on local weather forecasting. These can be added at the time of installation or to existing systems.
FAQs About Lighting
All of our lighting designs utilize high performance LED lighting. This ensures optimal energy efficiency and saves our clients money in the long run.
Yes, we can switch out or add lighting onto your existing landscape lighting. However, please note some components may be interrelated if running on the same lines and may require multiple fixtures to be replaced in order to operate. An assessment of needs will be provided after estimate evaluation.
Lighting not only adds a wow factor to your property that increases your overall curb appeal and property value, but creates a safer and more secure environment. Lighting drastically reduces the probability of accidents as well as the likelihood of intruders.
